You will execute the daily activities to support the procurement process, contact suppliers for product information, maintain up to date delivery dates in the system, manage the inventory as well as purchase record system. You will support the other departments with clear understanding of customer needs and timely information.
You must have a university degree preferably in business administration, economics or procurement/supply chain management or with a minimum 3 years experience in purchase/ demand management, with knowledge in inventory management.
You should have strong customer orientation with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Strong in negotiation and problem solving is essential. Good interpersonal skills are important to achieve mutual benefits for the customers and suppliers. English communication skills are required.
