20 awards worth 300 million dong have been reserved for 20 babies born between the period 16 January 2012 to 16 March 2012.

2. Award Eligibility:
- All babies delivered by normal birth at HANH PHUC Hospital during the qualifying period will be given a tag with a Registration Number that will be used as the lucky code..
- All hospital staff are not eligible for this contest.
3. Rules & Regulations
- The winner of the SIS’s scholarship prize can opt for an alternative school under the same conditions governing the award of this prize.
- HanhPhuc Hospital will handle all administrative matters relating to the transfer of scholarship to the school of the winner’s choice.
- The ‘Child Development’ Award will be given on the 1st birthday of the babies.
- The HanhPhuc Insurance Card will be issued to the babies on their 1st birthday celebration for a period of 2 years.
- All awards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
4. Announcements of Awards
- HanhPhuc International Hospital will mark the occasion with an Awards Ceremony on 30 March 2012 at:
Hanh Phuc International Hospital, Binh Duong Boulevard, ThuanAn District, Binh Duong Province Vietnam.
- All participants will be invited to the Awards Ceremony and the winners will be announced at the ceremony.
- The results of the awards shall be publicized in the following media:
+ Internet website of HANH PHUC International Hospital: www.hanhphuchospital.com
+ The hospital’s communication leaflets
+ Mass media
5. Requirements for Attendance:
- All participants shall bring along their Identity Card. This is necessary for verification when the winning participant claims the award.
- The proxy of the participant must bring along with them a ‘Letter of Authorization’ stating name and identity card number of proxy from the participant for attendance on their behalf.
-The proxy must bring with them their identity card as proof and confirmation of identity.
- All awards must be personally claimed by the winners only.
- The Awards will be sent to the winners by post for those residing in another province following the receipt of verified documents of proof of identity by Hanh Phuc International Hospital.
- The documents to be sent to:
+ Hanh Phuc International Hospital, Binh Duong Boulevard, ThuanAn District, Binh Duong Province Vietnam.
6. All awards must be claimed by 30 April 2012.
7. Other regulations:
- Hanh Phuc International Hospital reserves the rights to disqualify any winner(s) if they are unable to provide proof of identity or on suspect of foul play.
- Hanh Phuc International Hospital shall be given the rights to the free use of the winner’s information including their photos for publicity purposes.
- Hanh Phuc International Hospital will not be held responsible for any incidental costs/ expenses incurred by the winners that are related to the awards. This contest is our way to make your experience at HANH PHUC International Hospital a more meaningful and enjoyable one.
