Graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Pediatrics in 1996 with a Bachelor of Medicine degree. With a scholarship from the French government, Dr. Vu Quang Vinh completed a residency program in Pediatrics at Paris V University in France in 2003. Then, he earned a Doctor of Specialist I degree in Pediatrics at the University. Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy in 2008.
